Job Description:
Join AZAD as an Administrative Assistant and perform provide confidential and professional administrative and clerical support to the Construction and Maintenance Transmission Field Services organization within a regional power utility. This individual will utilize specific guidelines, references, and systems to perform recurring office procedures, including assisting with travel arrangements, time keeping, and a variety of other data entry tasks (inventory, vehicle mileage, utility bills, etc.).
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is based in Vancouver, WA and is hybrid with work performed onsite one to two days weekly. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $23.62.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
3 years of related administrative/customer service experience or equivalent combination is required.
Advanced keyboarding/typing skills and experience.
Experience and skill in using Microsoft Office Suite of products, and skill in operating common office equipment.
Experience and skill in using Microsoft Office Suite of products, and skill in operating common office equipment.
Experience performing travel processing for a company is desired.
Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
