Job Description:
Join AZAD as a Project Manager and facilitate product development and strategic initiative projects, from inception to delivery for a Transmission Product Management and Market Analysis organization within a regional utility. This individual will facilitate and develop key process maps, assist with development of relevant business practices and will help support identification of product requirements for Transmission Study and Expansion Process and Available Transfer Capacity management.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly in Vancouver, Washington.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $64.57 - $71.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

A bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or management, organizational development, engineering, computer science, or other technical related discipline is preferred.
10 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
12 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree in a non-applicable field.
14 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should be in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Knowledge of product management as well as process management.
Strong analytic skills and the ability to perform root cause identification/analysis.
Experience influencing and integrating change in a large, diverse organization.
Experience leading project teams, management review, and decision-making sessions supporting organization level improvement efforts.
Experience managing projects in accordance with industry project management principles.
Ability to organize and analyze detailed information and present it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiences.
Ability to assess and estimate project costs.
