Job Description:

Join AZAD as a Business Analyst provide analysis support for the Strategy, Asset and Program Management organization an enterprise regional utility. This individual will perform data gathering and analysis, write business requirements, and participate in change management activities to support the overall Transmission Strategic Asset Management Plan and program.
 
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly in Vancouver, Washington. 
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $32.20 - $51.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering Studies (or closely related field) is preferred.
5 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree.
9 years of experience is required without an applicable degree.
Demonstrated analytical, modeling, and process management expertise. 
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Experience with project management, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, including familiarity with change management toolkits.
Skilled in the definition and development of operational governance models to enable programmatic change.
Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking and decision making abilities.
