Business Systems Analyst 3 / Safety Training Requirements Coordinator

Job Description:

Join AZAD as a Business Systems Analyst and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the Safety Organization and its stakeholders to establish, manage, and analyze training requirements to track their completion, compliance, authenticity, and frequency needs per various regulators' compliance guidance. The position will rely heavily on the ability to use various Learning Management System (LMS) applications, Adobe, Cority, ISN, Procore, MicroSoft products, and other available software programs that perform data input, retrieval/mining, and analysis. 

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time onsite in Vancouver, Washington. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $61.00 - $65.57 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.  

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, data modeling, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or applicable fields is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree in applicable fields.
10 years of experience is required with an associate degree in applicable fields.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should include a combination of work-related experience on-the-job training and/or vocational training and should be consistent with the specific requirements as listed in the tasks above and progressively more technical in nature.
Proficiency in the use of a learning management system and associated database software programs utilized to establish and maintain personnel training and effective technical administrative recordkeeping skills is required.
Proficiency in the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro and the full Microsoft Office applications for the purposes of creating Access database, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Visio diagrams, charts, workflows, diagrams, and various miscellaneous materials into a professional published form is required.
