Job Description:

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and facilitate major process improvement initiatives resulting in advancements in organization's Asset Management capabilities for a regional utility enterprise level environment. This individual will provide support and recommendations in the development of clear vision and scope statements for the asset management capabilities roadmap concerning improvement initiatives.  

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly in Vancouver, Washington. 
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $64.57 - $71.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.


The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, business management, organizational development (or closely related field) is preferred.  
10 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's.
14 years of experience is required with a non-applicable bachelor's or no degree.
Experience should include direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

Preferred:
  
Project management experience in the electric utility sector with an emphasis on transmission assets
Experience in Asset Management and Resource planning.
Familiarity with ISO 5500x and the Institute of Asset Management.
Experience and background in defining, evaluating, and recommending plans for asset management capabilities.
