Job Description:
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Revenue Analyst and provide support to a customer billing organization within a regional energy utility. This individual will provide accurate, understandable, and timely billing services to customers by analyzing metering, contract, scheduling and various other documentation used to bill for various products and services per billing schedules, analyze customer demand and energy data, review existing and draft customer contracts and contract amendments to assess the impact on the customers' bills, provide back-up billing support and assist in quality control assessments by reviewing customer bills for accuracy, completeness, and contract applications.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is based in Portland, Oregon and is hybrid with onsite work one to two days weekly.

The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $29.57 - $41.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Computer Programming is preferred.
5 years of analysis experience in a fast-paced environment in a financial analytical capacity is required.
Experience must include familiarity with basic and some complex accounting and finance concepts and knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques.
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
User level experience with SharePoint, sufficient to maintain documentation.
Demonstrated experience providing excellent communication and customer service to internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior electrical utility billing experience.
Ability to get up to speed quickly working with various systems and customer specific information/data to generate bills.
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills.
