Job Description:
AZAD is seeking a GIS Developer for a W2 Contract full - time position onsite in Irving, TX.
Assignment Duration: The initial assignment length is 6-months with a high probability of being extended.
Compensation & Benefits: The hourly compensation pay rate range is between $40.00 - $48.00 Benefits include Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in geospatial application design, development, and operations
Understanding of application architecture best-practices
Understanding of relational database design
Experience developing REST Services using ASP.NET Core or Python
Experience with full stack development including SQL, C#, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with source control for managing custom code (e.g. Git)
Experience working with Linear referenced data
Experience with React, TypeScript, JSX, Google Maps
Understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Experience with AWS, Azure, cloud technologies is a plus
