Job Description:
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst and support an Asset Management Business, Delivery and Performance organization within an enterprise level environment. This individual will focus on a combination of Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, and SharePoint Design, as well as conduct stakeholder interviews, evaluate current-state processes, develop solutions and implement the 'to be defined' best practices. This position will support and mature existing tools and will leverage best practices when possible.
This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite once weekly. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $56.00 - $61.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science or Organizational Development (or closely related field) is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable Associates Degree.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or without an applicable degree.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
Experience with SharePoint out-of-the-box, no-code solutions consisting of web parts, lists, wikis, and libraries using SharePoint Server 2016 and 2019.
Experience with SharePoint content types and taxonomy to improve document management and search functionality.
Experience with SharePoint workflow creation.
Expert experience with demonstrated examples of requirements gathering to include interview and documentation skills.
Knowledge and experience of preparing as well as presenting materials related to evaluations, assessments, and analyses of processes, procedures, and data management, may include use of Visio and PowerPoint among other presentation software.
Strong proficiency required with Microsoft Office Suite Software 2016+ (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
