Business Analyst / Project Solutions Support

Job Description:

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst and provide a combination of Business Analysis and project solutions support for an enterprise level portfolio delivery organization.  This individual will provide complex, high-level analytical tasks related to projects, including requirements definition, validation, management and supporting documentation (i.e. process flows, user stories, use cases), related testing and testing and assisting with implementation activities that contribute to system, process, and/or business improvements. 

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Portland, Oregon with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly. 
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $32.20 - $60.16 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. 

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration / management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related technical field is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should include as a change manager, business analyst, strategic business partner or directly related experience.
Experience should include knowledge of business and change management principles and methodologies.
Technical interviewing skills:
Possess functional/process interviewing skills in the business environment.
Possess ability to facilitate groups through process design and requirements gathering sessions.
Possess analytical skills to analyze data, identify quality assurance/quality control issues, and identify failure or maintenance trends.
Demonstrated expertise with logical process modeling concepts sufficient to aid in the documentation and development of business and system requirements. 
Strong technical writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical, and statistical.
Intermediate proficiency in Visio (flowcharts), and SharePoint.
