Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:

Join AZAD as a Business Analyst tprovide high-level analytical, business and systems support and assistance to the HR Workforce Development. This position will collaborate and work closely with other analysts, subject matter experts in the Human Resources Service Center, enterprise applications technical developers, and support personnel. 

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is a full-time remote position. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $46.00 - $49.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.  The pay range listed reflects the Portland/Vancouver region; the actual pay range will depend on the candidate's location.

The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in information technology, business systems or a closely related technical discipline is highly desired.
5 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of Information Technology, Business Systems, or other related IT specialty.
5 years of demonstrated analyst experience using technical product life cycle and requirements management concepts, among other applied skills and knowledge.
Technical writing skills required to author, modify, or facilitate development of design specification documents, job aids, user guides, standard operating procedures, and similar materials.
Strong product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Experience/ability to model processes, determine requirements, analyze alternatives, and verify solutions to meet business needs.
Intermediate skills/experience with SharePoint, Percipio and Workday or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS)  to support, manage, edit, and outline process flows, etc.

Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
