Job Description:

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide project and change management facilitation and support for medium-sized projects (less than 25M lifecycle cost) or portions of larger projects for the Asset Management Business, Delivery and Performance organization within an enterprise level environment. 
This individual will partner with Planning and Portfolio management with improving and managing change for business process enhancements for related programs/projects. This project / change manager will facilitate the development and operation of the cross-organization implementation, continuous process improvements, and full adoption. 

This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite once weekly. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $53.00 - $58.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. 

The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:

A degree in the disciplines outlined below is highly preferred:
5 years of experience is required with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or Engineering.
7 years of experience is required with an applicable Associates degree in Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or Engineering.
10 years of experience is required without an applicable degree.
Experience must include direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Note: Level 2 is typically responsible for medium-sized projects (less than 25M lifecycle cost) or portions of larger projects.
MS Project skill including project management features such as: experience with the fundamental operation, function, and workflow of Microsoft Project with regard to timelines, dependencies, project expectations, milestones, and resources.
Previous portfolio management experience, preferably with large capital construction projects in an asset intensive industry.
Intermediate level proficiency with Visio, Access and SharePoint.
Proficiency required with Microsoft Office Suite Software 2016+ (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
