Job Description:

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Program Support Specialist and provide procedural expertise and operational support, including contract development and lifecycle management, quality control review of contracts, analysis, customer issue resolution and front office contract administration for a regulated enterprise level organization.
This individual will serve as the data steward for the customer data management system, assist management with compliance audits of contract information and information systems by running reports, querying data, and performing analysis, provide SharePoint administration support and provide recommendations for developing, streamlining, simplifying, and documenting processes and developing and maintaining tracking tools.

This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite once weekly. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. 

The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications: 

A degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred. 
5 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree. 
7 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree. 
9 years of experience is required without an applicable degree. 
Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of program support and coordination and progressively more technical in nature. 
2 years of experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
1 year Intermediate experience with SharePoint for project tracking and reporting.
3 years of experience working with established databases or equivalent.
1 year experience working with automated data systems.
Knowledge of internal risk management controls, and Standards of Conduct (SOC) guidelines and controls.
