Program Support Specialist / Contract Review Specialist

Job Description:

Join AZAD as a Program Support Specialist and provide program, administrative and accounting related support to an Account Service and Sales organization within a regional electric utility. This individual will work in conjunction with management to provide contract documentation and process change training and will help facilitate workload priorities with guidance provided by the Account Service Manager. This position will support the Account Executive (AE) and Account Services teams to achieve annual program and organizational initiatives, customer satisfaction targets and contract compliance. In addition, will verify compliance with all relevant agency polices for contract documents, correspondence, processes, data quality checks, desk procedures, and A-123. 

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid with 1 - 2 days on site weekly in Vancouver, Washington. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $36.11.

The ideal candidate must the following experience and qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Computer Science or a directly related field is preferred.
1 year of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
3 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
5 years of experience is required without an applicable degree.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of program support and coordination and progressively more technical in nature.
4 years of experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
1 year of experience administering SharePoint or similar platform sufficient to produce: site creation, design, layout, creation and maintenance of lists, libraries.

Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
