Job Description:
Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Operations Analyst and perform program management support, compliance inspections, audits, surveys, and policy and procedure implementations associated with physical security protection strategies, daily situation response and overall support of a Physical Security program for a high security and enterprise level environment.
This position is based in Portland, OR with up to 30% travel for meetings regionally including one to five days overnight monthly.
The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development (or related technical discipline) is preferred.
5 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree.
9 years of experience is required without an applicable degree.
Experience should include specific requirements related to physical security and operations analysis.
Examples include 4 years of civilian security-related experience or previous military service with a focus in areas such as security police, military police, or anti-terrorism/force protection. Civilian or military experience should include security systems, security assessments, threat awareness/threat management, security plans and programs, etc. Each year of applicable military experience can be considered equivalent to 1 year civilian security-related experience (information in resume and qualifications matrix must validate/quantify this experience).
2 years of documented experience with reviewing and analyzing processes and procedures and developing improvements for implementation.
2 years of independently and accurately drafting reports, standard operating procedures, assessments, or other documents consistent with physical security operations.
Experience and proficiency at the user level with SharePoint, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience with electronic physical access control systems and video assessment and surveillance systems as an end user.
