Job Description:

AZAD is seeking a Data Conversion Lead for a W2, Contract, full-time remote position. 
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday  
 
Assignment Duration:
The initial assignment length is 6-12 months.

Client Industry: Healthcare 
 
Compensation & Benefits: The hourly compensation pay rate range is between $35.00 - $40.00. Benefits include Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.


Minimum Qualifications:

Conversion experience

Lead experience (specifically with conversion)

HCM & finance

Oracle

Some sort of functional knowledge on how data is used, ability to explain and convey information to functional team

 

Desired Qualifications:


Any experience with Payroll Time & Labor (OTL), HR, Staffing, etc.

5+ years utilizing the various Oracle conversion/import methods including FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, Oracle

Visual Builder Addin for Excel.

Strong proven hands-on experience in the following conversion objects; Customers, Billing/AR, PPM, HCM (OTL, Payroll, Absences), Suppliers.

Functional knowledge of the modules which data is being converted into; including but not limited to AR, PPM, HCM (OTL, Payroll, Absences), Financials.

Technical knowledge and hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance.

Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables.

Relevant Oracle certifications (if available) are a plus but not required.

Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
