Job Description:
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Civil Engineer Technician and support the Transmission Line and Civil Works Engineering organization in implementing projects, data loading and validation, records research, business rule development, and other related engineering activities.
The beginning hourly rate for this position is $35.94 plus an additional $4.41 per hour for fringe benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:
Associate's Degree in the area of Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a directly-related field is preferred.
1 year of engineering technician, project/program coordination support experience is required.
Experience may include relevant on-the job experience as an engineering technician or experience in a closely related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in the following:
Experience researching and converting legacy records into electronic database form.
Experience using MS Excel to manipulate and analyze data manually and writing macros with VBA code.
Experience working in an engineering project team environment.
