Job Description:
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Systems Analyst and provide analysis and development of asset management processes, procedures, and policy recommendations utilizing analytical, modeling, systems administration and process and data management expertise for the support and improvement of an enterprise asset management program for a regional utility.
This individual will serve as the organization's primary Point-of-Contact (POC) and technical support to internal clients for complex data models from multiple database queries. This work may include maintain, update, expand, and/or modify system(s) or related programs, with MS Access application and associated databases to serve new purposes, allow for technological solutions, and create process efficiencies.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $63.50 - $68.50 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
A degree in Computer/Information Technology, Business Systems or closely related technical field is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should include demonstrated business systems analysis progressively more technical in nature.
Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and planning initiatives for data integration, requirements / needs gathering, and organization experience.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should include demonstrated business systems analysis progressively more technical in nature.
Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and planning initiatives for data integration, requirements / needs gathering, and organization experience.
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of database structure with experience writing complex queries for data from both native and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) databases.
