Job Description:

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst provide analysis and document compliance support by serving as the single point of contact and primary technical subject matter resource for managing and tracking project documentation within an enterprise regional utility. This individual will work with business and technology stakeholder organizations and engineering to perform document compliance support, support requirements development, solution development and build, implementation and change management and report writing. 

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite work 1 - days weekly. 
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $56.00 - $61.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. 

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, business systems, computer science (or a directly-related technical discipline) is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable Associate's degree.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
Ability to read, understand, and apply complex Information Protection document marking policies and procedures. (such as federal document marking requirements).
Advanced knowledge of Visio and/or other flowchart tools sufficient to create complex process, workflow, hierarchal, and swim lane documentation.
Proven experience documenting processes. 
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in writing technical reports.
Experience using SharePoint, sufficient to manage documents, develop content, create lists, links, and libraries, assist with site and/or folder permissions, etc.
High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
