Business Analyst / Change Facilitation

Job Description:

Join AZAD as a Business Analyst and provide business analysis, data gathering, SharePoint administration, author business requirements, and participate in change management activities to support the overall Transmission Strategic Asset Management Plan and program for an enterprise level regional utility environment. 

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly. 
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $47.00 - $59.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. 

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering Studies (or closely related field) is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
Demonstrated analytical, modeling, and process management expertise sufficient to support the improvement of Transmission planning processes.
4 years of experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, with an understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, including familiarity with change management toolkits.
4 years of experience with project management, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Proficiency with SharePoint to administer the group's site, creating lists, libraries, workflows, calendars, upgrades, migrations, and assist with permissions.
Skilled in the definition and development of operational governance models to enable programmatic change.
Advanced knowledge and skills with MS Office Suite products such as, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
