Job Description:
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst provide support for efforts under the Telecom Governance Board within a regulated, higher security and enterprise level organization. This individual will perform organizational maturity analysis, assess gaps, and draft maturity roadmaps based on goals and objectives with methodologies such as ITIL, P3M3 or CMMI. This role will provide analysis and support in the development / draft and recommendation of tools for Board business capabilities, organizational alignment across telecom partners, and a roadmap for success, as well as collaborate and work with representatives from across multiple organizations to drive alignment on telecom business objectives, goals, partnerships, and processes.
This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or a directly-related technical field is highly preferred.
8 years of experience required with a Bachelor's degree in specified or directly-related field.
10 years of experience required with an Associate's degree in specified or directly-related field.
12 years of experience is required without an applicable degree.
12 years of demonstrated analyst work experience as a change manager, business analyst, strategic business partner or directly-related experience is required without a degree.
Experience working with senior executive leaders, various management and supervisory levels, as well as front line employees.
Technical interviewing skills:
Possess functional/process interviewing skills in the business environment.
Possess ability to facilitate groups through process design and requirements gathering sessions.
Possess analytical skills to analyze data, identify quality assurance/quality control issues, and identify failure or maintenance trends.
Strong technical writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical and statistical.
Adept in pursuit of root cause analysis, missing information and data requirements and obtaining results.
Demonstrated expertise with logical process modeling concepts sufficient to aid in the documentation and development of business and system requirements.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Experience with project management, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Familiarity with change management toolkits.
Intermediate proficiency in Visio (flowcharts), MS Project, Access, and SharePoint.
